Last week I reached 1,000 likes on my Facebook page! Yay!
I want to sincerely thank those of you who have liked my page. I appreciate Each and Every ONE of you! You guys are the best! 😉
Soooo, in honor of reaching 1,000 Facebook likes, I decided to create a fun little workout! I really don’t work out at home too often, but after doing this workout I think I need to start! It seriously kicked my can.
I decided to pick 10 of my favorite exercises and do each of them 10 times and then repeat all of that 10 times! This equals 1,000 exercises (in honor of the 1,000 likes!) However, two of the exercises I chose didn’t quite fit into the “10x mold” too well, so I had to improvise a little. Here is the workout:
AND I put together a little video so I could demonstrate how to do each exercise. The video is 10 minutes long (so sorry!), but I really wanted to emphasize how to do each exercise correctly and safely. 😉 Next time I make a video, I will try to be more concise.
Sooo, I have to say that this workout is TOUGH!! It took me about 40-45 minutes to complete and I was DYING. However, if you want a quick, yet very effective workout, you could easily do 3-5 rounds of this workout (instead of 10) and still get an awesome workout in!
PS, I look like a total dweeb in this preview pic that You Tube chose. So lovely…
I hope y’all enjoy this workout!
I also hope you all enter my little Premier Protein giftbox giveaway! It includes some yummy protein shakes and bars and the giveaway ends tomorrow night!
Well, I’m heading out the door to go to the gym right now! I love you all and hope you have a wonderful night!

Brilliant workout! Will be definitely giving this a try. I may have to work my way up to 10×10 though starting at around 10×3…
love how your dog doesn’t know what to do with itself when you’re doing burpees haha

Thanks so much! I hope you enjoyed this workout. Yes, 10 times is a TON!! I think 10×3 would still be a great workout.
I love my little puppy dog. He is so funny. 😉

That was fun! I felt like I just got to spend 10 minutes with you;) Now I’m going to try this. But my guess is that I won’t make it through 10 sets. Just a hunch.

It is a tough workout Amy! I think if you get through it 3-4 times, you’re golden. 😉 I miss you!!
