K guys, I’m so sorry I haven’t been able to share any new, fun recipes or food ideas. This healthy cleanse is severely limiting! I pretty much just eat different variations of protein shakes, fruit, veggies, chicken, nuts and eggs. I don’t feel very inclined to take a bunch of pictures because all the pictures would look the SAME!
For example, here’s what I had for breakfast the other day on my way to the gym.
Apples and hard boiled eggs (with most of the yolks taken out.) So gourmet and exciting, I know. Thankfully, I really like most of the foods I can eat. Hallelujah.
On a brighter note, on Monday we’re going to add in beans and dairy. Yay! And in just over 2 weeks we get to add grains back in! Wahoo! That will seriously open up some new options for me. Then I’ll be able to post some DIFFERENT recipes and things. Yay.
Anyway, I wanted to share a few fun things with you all.
Right now, Costco has my favorite Misto oil sprayer on sale. Yay!
They come in a two pack for $15.99. You can either get the silver and olive colors or it comes in silver and purple. So fun. I use my sprayer ALL THE TIME! I fill it with olive oil and use it to spray pans, veggies, salads, etc. It’s great! Sadly, the sale only goes until November 4th. After then, it goes up to $19.99 (still a good deal, btw.)
I also bought the best “exercise undies” ever the other day! I was so excited!
I bought them at Target and I think they were $7. I know they look like they are size 4T, but they really stretch! I love these SO MUCH because they are seamless, they stay put and don’t give you any panty lines at all. It’s tough to find a good pair of undies to workout in! I’ve tried bikinis, thongs, briefs and even gone commando (TMI, I know), but these undies are hands down, the best. They come in other cute colors too. I’m going to stock up!
I also bought some really cute (and cheap!) workout tanks the other day!
I got them from Old Navy and they are regularly $16.94. However, they were having a 30% sale, so I got them for about $12! Score! I bought this one in purple and another one in a melon color. I love them because the style is very fun, yet forgiving and flattering. I really love the drawstring. I gotta say, I’ve seen A LOT of people at the gym wearing the same thing! I don’t care though. I’m a bargain shopper at heart!
