Oh my goodness guys, life has been insane!!
No kidding.
My sister and her kids have been visiting from Connecticut, my brother and his family have been visiting from Georgia, we went up to Idaho for a family reunion with Kev’s family and then some of Kev’s family came to stay at our house because our nephew got married!
My sister has been here 2 weeks, but everything else happened just this past week! Crazy. Fun, but crazy.
We are having one last hurrah with my brother and sister tonight and then they are going home tomorrow. 🙁
So sad. The party is over.

I guess I could use a little more structure and productivity in my life though.
Sadly, I haven’t been taking a ton of pictures! Lame, I know.
I do have some pics of a fun “Girl’s Night” I went on last week with my mom, sisters, daughter and nieces. We had a great time.
We went to Gardner Village, a cute little place full of fun boutique shops. Most of the shops are in historic houses too. It’s such a fun environment.
We shopped around for a bit and got a few little fun things.
Then we went to dinner at Archibald’s Restaurant, which is inside of an old, historic flour mill. I love all the food there!
I got the Cobb Salad. Here’s the description from their menu…
A bed of romaine lettuce topped with bacon bits, diced tomatoes, chopped eggs, green onions, olives, bleu cheese crumbles and grilled chicken.
This was very yummy! I ate about 2/3 of it and brought the rest home.
My little sister sat next to me and she got a yummy sandwich with FRIES! I told her that her fries looked very, very yummy. She said, “Mel, would you like a fry?”
Of course, I said, “Sure!”
What a nice sissy I have. 😉

We told my mom she looked very matriarchal at the head of the table. I love my family.
Well there you have it. I’m looking forward to living a more structured and disciplined life! I also look forward to sharing it all with you.

What did Holly have for lunch? I can’t tell from the picture. It looks like maybe a salad? It’s CRAZY everywhere. Must be something goin’ around 🙂
She got the crab and avocado salad. Looked good! I’m sure hoping life calms on soon!
