Healthy Yogurt Vegetable Dip

- 1 C. fat free plain Greek yogurt
- 1 C. low fat sour cream
- ½ Tablespoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon dill weed (or a little more if you like dill!)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¾ teaspoon seasoned salt
- Mix everything together and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
