Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup cubed mango
  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 big handfuls baby spinach
  • 8-10 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Put everything into the blender except the ice.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Add the ice and blend again!
  4. Enjoy.
