This Cookies and Cream shake is wonderful, refreshing and very filling. The Fiber One cereal makes it taste like there are "real" cookies in there too....score.

Ingredients
  • 1½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or liquid of choice)
  • ½-1 scoop Cookies and Cream Protein Powder (I’ve been using ½ scoop because my protein powder is extra high in calories and protein)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • a splash of vanilla
  • 2 big handfuls baby spinach (you cannot taste it at all….I promise!)
  • 2 tablespoons Fiber One Cereal
  • 8-12 ice cubes (depending on how think/thin you want it)
Instructions
  1. Mix almond milk, protein powder, cocoa, vanilla and spinach in blender.
  2. Add Ice. Mix well.
  3. Add Fiber One cereal and mix just until blended (you still want chunks of the cereal in there.)
  4. Enjoy!
