Overnight Oats

Serves: 1
- ⅓ cup oats
- ½ cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
- ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 glob honey (about ½ tablespoon)
- Put all of the ingredients in a pint sized jar (or container of your choice.)
- Put the lid on and shake it up until all ingredients are combined.
- Store in fridge overnight (or up to 4 days) and enjoy.
- Top with any toppings you like (fruit, nut butter, flavors/extracts, granola, cereal, etc.)
