I’ve talked about my sweet little dog Jimmer (AKA Jim, Jimmy, J-Dog) a lot on this blog.
I love him so so so much! He truly is like my 6th child. 😉
Jimmer joined our family about 2 1/2 years ago when he was just 6 weeks old.
The picture on the left was taken on the day we brought Jimmer home. The picture on the right was taken when he was a few months old. Jim is 3/4 Yorkie and 1/4 Chihuahua, otherwise known as a “Chorkie”, and is just as sweet as he can be.
I grew up with dogs and have been a dog lover all my life! I just think they are the sweetest animals in the whole wide world. Jimmer is so obedient, gentle and loyal, but he’s also extremely protective of the kids. He only weighs 7 1/2 pounds, but he likes to think he’s a lot bigger than that!
Jimmer loves our family fiercely (the feeling is mutual!) and he loves to be with us wherever we may be.
Whether I’m trying to get a workout in….
Going on adventures with the kiddos…
Or just doing laundry. He just loves to be with us.
He also LOVES to curl up in a little ball and snuggle next to me or Kevin. I love it!
One of Jimmy’s all-time favorite things to do is to go on a run with me. He gets so excited when I pull out his leash and ask, “Do you wanna come, Jim?”
