One of my very favorite things in all the world is new workout clothes! I enjoy shopping for exercise apparel almost more than regular clothes. Ha ha. There’s just something about a new exercise outfit, that makes me want to run faster, lift a little heavier and push a little more. I love it!
So when Vocalpoint and DICK’S Sporting Goods invited me to shop in their store and check out their newly redesigned women’s section, I was thrilled.
I love DICK’S; they always have a great selection, quality brands, dang cute clothes and great deals!
I also loved the newly redesigned women’s section! I loved all the stylish paired outfits throughout the department and the wider aisles that accommodated kids and strollers better. I was easily able to maneuver my stroller around without running into things and getting stuck. It was a very nice welcome change from the other crowded stores.
I also loved that the wider aisles allowed me to see more of the clothing options and shop a little easier. I saw SO MANY things that I loved. I seriously wanted to buy the entire store. Ha.
DICK’S carries a lot of great brands; Under Armour, Nike, Reebok, The North Face, Adidas and many other well known brands.
I was particularly drawn to a lot of the Under Armour things. I loved these cozy jogger pants….
I also LOVED these Burnout tanks that came in a lot of different colors…
I loved, loved, loved all the cute running clothes!
And for some reason I was particularly impressed with the incredible selection of amazing workout undies!! Ha ha. They came in so many fun colors/patterns and I don’t think they’d show any panty lines AT ALL. Ahhhmazing! Aren’t those pinkish striped ones so cute??
I also fell in love with all of these cute Nike tanks!
I loved that orange one; it was light weight, had a sheer pretty pattern to it and the straps were so beautiful and feminine. Love.
I also loved seeing the section of CALIA workout clothes by Carrie Underwood.
The styles and patterns were so unique! Everything was so feminine, comfortable looking and just beautiful!
DICK’S also had a small section of Lucy Activewear and I loved everything! Lucy clothing is more expensive than most of the other brands, but the quality is top notch and so well made.
There were SO MANY things I wanted to buy and I had such a hard time deciding. Soooo, after trying on a bazillion things, I decided to splurge a little bit and buy a couple very nice things….
I grabbed this Under Armour Rave N’ Flow tank top (it was on sale…woot!) and these Lucy Studio Hatha Capri Leggings.
I also decided to pick up a wardrobe staple Under Armour T-Shirt.
I’ve been on the lookout for comfortable t-shirts that are flattering and not frumpy. When I saw this shirt, I had to have it. I love the longer length and the fit is just right; loose, yet still nice looking. The color is very flattering as well. There were a bunch of other fun colors too!
I brought all my clothes home and was thrilled with my new purchases, however, the next day I decided to go back to DICK’S to exchange my capris for a smaller size.
When I got there, I actually decided to change to a different pattern too. I got the same capris, but decided to get the “Wild Plum Spacedye” pattern instead.
I LOVE them! I wish I could’ve gotten BOTH of the capris, but since Lucy is a little bit pricey (but so worth it!), I decided to only keep one. Maybe I’ll have to reward myself next month and go back for the other ones. We’ll see.

I like the idea of wider aisles, when things are too cluttered I don’t shop well. I actually DO shop better for workout clothes though, and is really all I wear! Great post and giveaway!
