Hello friends!  First off, I just have to say that I’m so happy to be running again!  I’ve only been running once a week, 3-4 miles at a time, but I’m lovin’ it.  It’s just perfect. It really is amazing to me how therapeutic running is.  It just feels so good to be out in nature, “running away” from the cares of the world, sorting things out in my brain, enjoying some peace and quiet….and exercising to boot!  Love it! Well hey my friends!  I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  I love this time of year! I love how Thanksgiving is so much about family, memories and gratitude.  What a beautiful holiday!  I feel thankful we get to celebrate it. Reevaluating my Goals + Starting another Challenge!

Well folks, I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend! I’m still goin’ strong with the goals I talked about in my last post.  I haven’t been perfect at them, but I haven’t given up either!  I just keep pluggin’ along and learning as I go.
