Hello, hello! <3 I must say that I am in a very interesting spot health-wise right now. I told you guys that I got way off track in December. We were all sick for about 2 1/2 weeks. Hello my friends! We had a very busy week last week. We had a lot of family come into town for my uncle’s funeral, so my mom had a fun shindig at her house the night before with a bunch of my aunts, uncles and cousins. It was so nice to see relatives that I hadn’t seen in a long time and get reacquainted with cousins that I barely even knew. It was wonderful! Well hello out there! 🙂 I hope you are all enjoying 2018 so far. I’ve definitely been loving the slower pace. We finally put away all of the Christmas stuff a few days ago. I think that is the longest I’ve ever kept it up! I really enjoyed having it up this year, but now that it’s all put away, I’m loving my “naked” house. Really, my house looks so empty now! Happy happy New Year! 🙂 I really love this time of year! I’m not a huge fan of January weather, but I love the calmness, clarity, motivation and fresh start that January brings. <3 I love taking the opportunity to reevaluate my life, set some goals, shape up a few things and get to work! Christmas is in just a few days!! Eeeee. I absolutely love this time of year. I love the Christmas season and everything that goes along with it. Well holy cow, it’s been a looooonnnnng time! Sorry ’bout that. 🙁 I have been so sick the past week and a half! I’m not sure if it’s a mega cold or the flu, but it has kicked my can.
