COVID craziness + a 20 Minute HIIT workout!
Hello my friends! Well life has been interesting ’round here the past couple weeks. My oldest son tested positive for COVID-19 a few weeks ago. His cousin, who he spends a lot of time with, and one of his other friends also tested positive. I’m not sure where they got it, but they all got it! Beautiful Fall + Setting Small, but Significant Goals
Well hello my friends! I hope you are all having a beautiful fall. We have had the most perfect fall weather here in Utah lately. I have enjoyed it so much and just want to soak up every day! I’ve especially enjoyed going on walks. It’s a wonderful time for me to reflect, think deeply, feel grateful, refocus and soak up the beautiful world all around me. Well Happy September! I really love September and I love fall. I’ve noticed a few leaves starting to turn and we’ve had a few cooler weather days and I love it so much! We live near our high school and the other night I could hear the football game going on! Ahhhh! I loved hearing the cheering and the sounds of the commentator.
