Hello my friends! Ya know, the past few days I’ve been so sad as I’ve read about all of the riots going on in Minneapolis and in other places in our country. There were even some riots that broke out this evening in Salt Lake City, not too far from my home. 🙁 The world can be such a sad, scary place sometimes and it just seems to feel extra heavy amidst all of the other heavy stuff already going on! Happy Friday and Happy May! I love this time of year! Even though we’re all in quarantine right now, I’m just so grateful it’s spring and I’m so grateful for the beautiful weather! Aaaaand, here in Utah we officially moved from a high risk phase (red) to a moderate risk phase (orange) today and I’m so happy ’bout it! Crazy Life + 30 Minute Lower Body Workout
Hello my darling stuck-at-home friends! I gotta say, this is by far the craziest time I’ve ever been in in my life. It’s not the busiest, not the most stressful, not the hardest….but it IS the craziest! About a month ago, we had a 5.7 Earthquake here in Utah.
