I’ve been a busy, busy lady this week! In fact, my schedule is pretty much crazy the rest of the week. Sigh. I’m just going to take it one day at a time. First off, these two cuties are in swimming lessons every morning this week… They’ve been having a ball and it’s been fun to watch their progress in swimming. My ten year old is also in swimming lessons Tuesday and Thursday evenings for the next three weeks. Yes, I’ve pretty much been living at the Rec Center. We’ve also been going to the Rec Center on Saturdays for Continue Reading…

Happy Friday everyone!! We’ve had the most beautiful weather lately and I love it so much! It’s been right around 50 degrees with lots of sun. It’s also starting to stay lighter a little longer at night, which I love. I can’t wait until spring! Yay! I’ve also been enjoying a very yummy breakfast the past few mornings that I love… A wonderful breakfast burrito; 1 egg + 2 egg whites, scrambled with onions, celery, peppers and a little bit of bacon bits (the real kind) topped with a cheese, avocado and tomato. YUM, YUM, YUM! I also topped it Continue Reading…
