Cafe Zupas is one of my all-time favorite restaurants. Seriously. I’ve absolutely loved everything I have ever tried there. Hello everyone. 😉 This morning I saw three very ripe bananas sitting on my counter… I really didn’t want to chuck them (and I already have a bunch of frozen ones in my freezer), so I decided to make some Banana Bread Protein Pancakes! Happy, happy Friday! I started off my morning with a wonderful short run. I’ve been doing my Body for Life runs on the treadmill, but today I decided to take it outside!
