A Sensible Plan + Body For Life Treadmill Workout

I’m still lovin’ Body For Life. To me, it’s just a very practical way of living.  It’s a healthy, sensible diet and a manageable exercise plan.  I love it.  Yes, it takes commitment and planning, but I’m a lot more successful at healthy living when I have a set purpose or “plan.” I haven’t lost any weight at all though.  None.  Nada.  I’ve decided my body is psycho. I Love Discipline and Healthy Food!

I’ve been lovin’ Body for Life so far.  It’s really just a sensible, healthy diet with a little more protein kicked in.  It’s great.  It really hasn’t been too hard either (granted I’m only on day #2!) Back to School + First Day of Body for Life

Oh my word guys, I had a very traumatic experience this morning. I took my two oldest kids to Middle School this morning, no problem.  Later, I took my 4th grader over to the Elementary School.  He really wanted me to walk with him to help him find his class, so I parked the van on the side of the road so I could walk with him. We Had So Much Fun Running The Color RUN!

Guys!  We had such a fun day today running The Color Run!  It was a great race AND the perfect race to run with the kiddos and fun friends.  We all loved it! I grabbed some pre-race fuel as we headed out the door this morning… Three Coconut Chia Seed Protein Balls and half of a banana.  Perfect. Here we are in the van….so excited to get to the race! We’ve been busy, busy, busy ’round here!  But, I’m so happy it’s FRIDAY!  Yay. Healthy Food + I’m Thinkin’ of Starting Body for Life

Yesterday morning, I enjoyed my breakfast on the deck and it was fabulous… Good oatmeal, great reading material and a tall drink of water enjoyed outside in the fresh summer air.  Doesn’t get much better than that my friends.
