Yummy Breakfast Food and Fun Family Outings
I went to Costco last night with Kev and loaded up on a bunch of yummy, healthy stuff. It’s always nice to have Kev along when buying ginormous bags of salt for the water softener, flour, sugar and all the millions of other things that make their way into my cart! Yay. I was recently sent a fun box full of healthy goodies from Bestowed. Bestowed is a healthy food subscription box company that sends subscribers 5-7 food items, snacks or beverages each month. I love the concept and think it’s so fun to receive “healthy surprises” in the mail! I also love that I can try several healthy products and decide if I like them or not before I buy more. Awesome. The Best Zucchini Noodles and Homemade Alfredo Sauce
‘Tis the season for zucchinis! I’ve been enjoying zucchini a lot this summer, but sadly I’ve had to buy it at the store!! Crazy, I know. We decided not to do a garden this year, and it’s just been so sad. 🙁 On a brighter note, I thought I would share my yummy zucchini noodle recipe and an easy Alfredo sauce recipe too!
