It has been SO COLD here in Utah! We have had record lows all January long. I am getting very tired of it….blah. However, ONE good thing about cold weather is…..warm SOUP! 7 Day Weight Loss Cleanse Progress!
Well, I’m still trudging along with my little 7 day weight loss cleanse. It’s tough, but I really love it. I’ve already lost 2 1/2 pounds, have plenty of energy and feel great! Chocolate Protein Pudding
K guys, I have to say I LOVE this recipe so much! It’s yummy, healthy, rich, creamy, filling, packs a huge protein punch (44 grams!) and definitely satisfies the sweet tooth! Woo hoo. Healthy Yogurt Vegetable Dip
As you all know, I’ve been trying to eat a lot more fruits and vegetables lately! I’m always lookin’ for ways to add them to my diet. I love to add veggies to my eggs, protein shakes (spinach), salads or just enjoy them on their own! AND, when I eat them on their own, I love to dip them in a yummy dip! I Love Chobani Yogurt!
I received this fun package in the mail from Chobani a couple weeks ago… I loved the way they packaged everything….and, look what was inside! Yogurt! How ’bout that! I love Chobani yogurt SO MUCH. It is hands down my favorite yogurt out there. It’s so delicious (I think it tastes like a treat!) and I love that they only use natural, high quality ingredients.
