A Very Easy Weight Loss Meal Plan

People often ask me questions about what to eat, how much to eat, what not to eat, etc. in order to lose weight.  Many people have also told me it is so much easier to lose weight when they have a specific diet plan to follow! Triple Chocolate Protein Hot Chocolate

I hope you are all enjoying a peaceful Sunday evening.  I made a yummy little concoction tonight I want to share! YUM!  A friend of mine once told me she liked to mix protein powder into her hot chocolate.  I’ve been thinking about it ever since and knew I had to experiment with it! I Love Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving weekend to you all!  We’ve had a nice Thanksgiving break and a somewhat peaceful weekend.  I love love love the holidays!  I just cleaned my entire kitchen (including all the cabinets, table, chairs and bar stools) and swept and mopped my floor while listening to Christmas music.  Yay!  Christmastime is magical, especially if it can make cleaning a little more enjoyable! 😉  Yay. I’ve Decided My Healthy Cleanse is Over!

Happy Tuesday to you all!  Tuesday’s are our craziest day of the week, so merely surviving is a plus. 😉 Well, I have officially ended my “healthy cleanse!”  I started on October 8th and it was technically supposed to go for 8 weeks.  However, I always considered it more of a 6 week thingy because healthy grains were added back in the last two weeks.  At that point, it essentially became just a typical healthy diet. I have a very yummy recipe to share with you today!
