Blueberry Chia Protein Shake

Blueberry-Chia-Protein-Shake

  • 1 C. Almond Milk; unsweetened
  • 1/2-1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (depending on how much you want)
  • 1/3 C. Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/4 C. Fiber One Cereal (sounds weird, but it’s good!)
  • 1 tsp. Chia Seeds
  • 2 big handfuls Baby Spinach
  • 6-7 ice cubes

Throw everything except ice into the blender.

Blend it well.  Add the ice and blend it some more!

This is such a yummy shake.

Nutritional Information:  Calories: 256, Fat: 4.5 g., Cholesterol: 2.5 mg., Sodium: 413 mg., Carbs: 30 g., Fiber: 12 g., Protein: 30 g., Sugar: 7 g.

If you don’t have Chia Seeds, you could just use ground flax seed.  I really really love Chia Seeds though and I would highly recommend using them if you have them.   They remind me of little raspberry seeds and I love the little crunch they add.
