Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 apple; chopped
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • sprinkle of sugar free apple cider mix
  • cinnamon (to taste)

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal ingredients

Mix oatmeal, apple and water in microwave safe bowl.

Microwave 2 minutes.

Mix in additional ingredients and enjoy!

I’m sorry I don’t have a picture of the final product!  It’s so yummy though. 😉
