- 1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 apple; chopped
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- sprinkle of sugar free apple cider mix
- cinnamon (to taste)
Mix oatmeal, apple and water in microwave safe bowl.
Microwave 2 minutes.
Mix in additional ingredients and enjoy!
