Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake
Topped with yogurt and strawberries. Yum!
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
1/8 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Tablespoon Skim Milk
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon Sweetener (I used Splenda)
Mix the egg, cocoa powder, baking powder and milk in a mug.
Add the peanut butter and sweetener and mix well with a fork.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Just out of the microwave. Looks scary…tastes awesome!
Top with favorite toppings or enjoy alone!
