This shake is the bomb. I know the chocolate chips are a little indulgent, but they made the shake so so yummy! Here’s what’s in it.
- 1 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk (or liquid of choice)
- 1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 T. Ground Flax Seed
- a couple drops peppermint extract (not too much!)
- a pinch of xanthan gum (necessary to achieve the thick, ice creamy texture!)
- 2 big handfuls baby spinach
- 1 T. Mini or regular Chocolate Chips
- 15-18 Ice Cubes (if you want your shake to be thinner, use less ice)
Throw it all in the blender and mix it up!
