Peanut Butter Protein Balls

(from Oxygen Magazine’s website)

I LOVE these things!  They’re perfect for sugar cravings.  They remind me of a healthy peanut butter cup.  Yummy!

(Tip:  You may want to double this recipe and keep them in your freezer…for emergencies)

  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 3 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Peanut-Butter-Protein-Ball-Ingredients

 

Mix together all ingredients.  It should be the consistency of Play-Doh.

Roll into 14 small balls (I made 15.)

Refrigerate or freeze to firm them up, overnight for best results.
