- 1 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk (Skim Milk or water works too)
- 1/2-1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Chocolate though)
- 3/4 C. Frozen Strawberries
- 1 T. Sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 T. Ground Flax Seed (optional)
- Spinach (optional)
- 6-7 Ice Cubes
Mix the Almond Milk, Protein Powder, Pudding Mix, Strawberries and Flax Seed in the blender.
Add the Spinach, and mix well
Add the ice…mix up well and enjoy!
Yum! If you use vanilla protein powder and don’t add the spinach, it will look just like a Strawberry Milkshake!
