(you can also make this with any kind of potatoes!)
- 3 sweet potatoes or yams; peeled and cut into fries
- 1/4 C. Olive Oil
- Seasoning Salt (to taste)
Prepare the sweet potatoes.
Peel them…
Slice them…
Cut them into fries!
Put the olive oil and seasoned salt into a gallon sized Ziploc bag.
Add the sweet potatoes, zip the bag closed and mix everything together!
Place a crumpled sheet of foil on a baking sheet and spray it well with cooking spray. Arrange fries in a single layer on the baking sheet.
I probably should have split these onto two baking sheets…but I didn’t!
Bake at 425 degrees for 45-60 minutes; turning once during baking.
If my fries aren’t “crispy” enough, I then place them under the broiler for 5-10 minutes until crisp! They are much better if they are crispy!
That’s it! These are SO yummy!
