You can make them any way you like and top them with whatever you want! It’s a great way to use up veggies before they die.
Just take two Romaine lettuce leaves, wash them well and fill them up!
This time I filled them with deli turkey meat, tomato, avocado, olives and a little mustard! Yum! I served it alongside some Raspberry Chobani yogurt! Delish!
Easy as that.
