K, so….I’ve been thinkin’ a lot lately. First off, I want to share my “new plan” with you. I love setting new goals and making “plans”….it keeps me motivated. 😉 I was inspired by the Fit2Fat2Fit guy. I Love Jack LaLanne!
Hey everyone!! Just thought I would write a quick post and tell you all that I love Jack LaLanne. What a cool dude. I think most people have heard of him, but in case you don’t know who he is, here’s a few little tidbits about him: Some people call him “The Godfather of Fitness” He was born in 1914 and just died in January of this year (age 96!) Sorry guys, I’ve been a little MIA… *********************** I just dropped off my 12 year old for his first day of Middle School this morning!! I’m kind of freaking out. Time flies, ya know???
