Yummy, easy breakfast

Hey all, So far, today has been great!  Kev and I started the morning off with a 7 1/2 mile run (Kev did 8, but I was spent at 7 1/2).  The first half of the run felt great, but I started to fizzle around mile 5 1/2.  We left later than we wanted to, so it started to get HOT.  My lower body was also a little stiff and sore from a killer workout I did a couple days ago too.  Excuses, excuses, I know.  I’m just keepin’ it real folks.  But, the important part is that I finished!  Continue Reading…
