Well folks, I’m almost done with day #20 of Whole 30! It’s still hard and takes commitment, but it’s almost becoming second nature to me. I’ve definitely found some foods/recipes that I enjoy and it’s made it a lot simpler. Crazy, Fun Life + a Killer Shoulder/Cardio Workout!
I have a bunch of random things to share with y’all tonight! First off, we had a nice weekend. Kev and I (and the baby!) were able to sneak away to a movie on Friday night. Productivity and EXERCISE!
Well life has been good lately! I’m starting to feel like my crazy “newborn baby life” is starting to settle down into a more predictable schedule. Yay! Carson is such a sweet, good-natured baby. He sleeps quite a bit during the day and is a pretty good sleeper at night too (he usually does a 5-5 1/2 hour stretch.) He’s also generally happy and only cries when he’s tired, hungry, needs to burp or needs a new diaper (not all of my babies have been like that, lol!) Trying to Keep it Healthy During the End of Pregnancy
I’ve been having a lot of fun running around with family lately! I’ve also been trying to keep the diet a little healthier since last weekend. I’ve found it’s much easier to eat well when I’m in my own home, but when I go to my mom’s house…..it’s SO HARD! She has so many yummy treats there right now and it is KILLING me!
