As I was leaving the gym the other day, I was thinkin’….. I felt just a little bit leaner, stronger and healthier….and I was very happy about it. I thought I would write a post about SALAD, ‘cuz I love it! YUM! It’s such a healthy diet powerhouse! It’s super healthy, low in calories, versatile, goes with anything, and is a great way to eat tons of veggies! I went Christmas shopping with my two littlest kids today. I LOVE shopping at Christmastime! Kev would rather take a beating, but I LOVE it!
