Les Mis, Good Food and A WINNER!

Well, the Oscars were last night.  Did any of you watch??? I didn’t watch, but I’ve been checking out all the results this morning.  I was really rooting for Les Miserables!!  Oh my word, I LOVED the movie so so much!  I thought it was so well done, perfectly cast and just phenomenal.  I bawled like a baby through the whole thing. Back to School…and Order!

Oh my WORD….I’m so sorry I’ve been neglecting this little blog!  Yes, I’m still alive!!  I’ve decided I need about 14 more hours each day….without kids….and with no distractions. Wicked + Wicked Awesome Food!

On Saturday, I was able to go see WICKED!!  I love Wicked so so so much.  Seriously, I’m slightly obsessed.  This was my 4th time seeing it (I saw it twice in NYC, once in Boise and this time in Salt Lake City.)  I never get tired of it.  In fact if I was made of money, I’d just see it again and again. Livin’ the Low Carb Life!

Well, I have successfully completed day 2 of my little low-carb diet! Yay! It hasn’t been easy, but it really hasn’t been too hard either (I know, my opinion may change in a few weeks!) Over the weekend, I wrote out my diet “plan” for the upcoming week.  I basically chose 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches to switch between and then chose a dinner for each night.  I also wrote down several snack options.
