Happy Wednesday! I started my morning off with a delicious breakfast that I LOVED! Two fried eggs topped with avocado and a little cheese with a side of buttered toast. YUUU-MMMMY! This breakfast took me just a few minutes to make and it kept me full for quite a while. Oh and Kev found this bread at Costco and it is the best toast bread ever! Happy Easter + Getting Ready for the Challenge!
Happy Easter everyone! I hope you’ve all had a wonderful day! I also hope you’ve enjoyed some very yummy Easter treats! I think Easter candy is the best candy all year round. Love it! I’m enjoying the end of our Robin Eggs right now…. They are making my tummy feel blah, but they taste very good goin’ down! LOL! Day 15… going strong…
Well, I’m more than 2 weeks into my 8 week low-carb adventure and I LOVE it! It’s not easy, but it’s awesome.
