Well, I’m more than 2 weeks into my 8 week low-carb adventure and I LOVE it! It’s not easy, but it’s awesome. Still Pluggin’ Away…
Well, I’ve now completed day 6 of my low-carb diet. I must say that I really really love it! It is hard, but it’s so so good for me! **************** I’ve been really surprised by how “not hungry” I’ve been. I can honestly say that I don’t crave carbs…at all. I still think they sound yummy and I would love to eat them, but I don’t crave them. In fact, my body feels very very stable. I love it.
