Back to School + First Day of Body for Life
Oh my word guys, I had a very traumatic experience this morning. I took my two oldest kids to Middle School this morning, no problem. Later, I took my 4th grader over to the Elementary School. He really wanted me to walk with him to help him find his class, so I parked the van on the side of the road so I could walk with him. A Fun 5k and Yummy Food
I ran a very fun 5k this morning with Kev and my friend, Amy. It was sponsored by the local hospital and I loved it! It was called a “Family 5k”, so there were a bunch of kids (some of them on bikes) and even a few dogs. It was great. I ate a yummy chocolate protein pancake before we left for the race… I just pulled it out of the freezer, popped it in the toaster and topped it with peanut butter, berries and a little sugar-free syrup. Les Mis, Good Food and A WINNER!
Well, the Oscars were last night. Did any of you watch??? I didn’t watch, but I’ve been checking out all the results this morning. I was really rooting for Les Miserables!! Oh my word, I LOVED the movie so so much! I thought it was so well done, perfectly cast and just phenomenal. I bawled like a baby through the whole thing. My Favorite Breakfasts!
I love breakfast SO much! I have so many yummy recipes I actually crave and look forward to eating each morning. Healthy New Year’s Goals Week #1
Happy Monday! First off, I’m having a bit of a tough time blogging today because of this dang cute kid… What a cutie patootie.
