K, the kids and I went downtown and met Kev for lunch today. Very fun. We went to Chuck-a-Rama. Just a word to the wise….if you are trying to eat healthily and lose weight…..don’t eat at Chuck-a-Rama. That is all I’m going to say about that….;-) Moving on…Each week I try to set exercise goals for myself. Yummy, easy breakfast
Hey all, So far, today has been great! Kev and I started the morning off with a 7 1/2 mile run (Kev did 8, but I was spent at 7 1/2). The first half of the run felt great, but I started to fizzle around mile 5 1/2. We left later than we wanted to, so it started to get HOT.
