Well hello my friends! I’m sad to say that this little sweetie pie started preschool this week. 🙁 Oh my heart. Hello, hello! <3 I must say that I am in a very interesting spot health-wise right now.  I told you guys that I got way off track in December.  We were all sick for about 2 1/2 weeks.  I missed a ton of workouts.  My diet was just ho-hum. Well holy cow, it’s been a looooonnnnng time! Sorry ’bout that. 🙁 I have been so sick the past week and a half!  I’m not sure if it’s a mega cold or the flu, but it has kicked my can.  Kev and 2 of our kids were also sick, but they’re all doing pretty well now.  I’m doing much better, but it seems like it’s just taken forever to completely go away! My Challenge is Over + A Fresh Homemade Salsa Recipe

Well hey folks!  I’m so happy to say that my Oxygen Challenge ended last Friday!  Woot!! I’m so glad I did it!  It was great, I learned so much and I’m happy with my results!  I plan on doing a separate post all about it, but for now I’ll just share some of my final results. I got my body fat analysis done at Complete Nutrition at the start of this challenge and then again at the end.  It’s really a great thing to do and is so informative! Well guys, I’m finally nearing the end of my Oxygen Magazine Challenge!  Woot!  This past Monday (September 4th) was the 12 week mark!  However, the challenge “officially” ends this Saturday, the 9th.  HOWEVER, they are allowing us to submit our “after” pictures up until next Friday, the 15th!
