Week overview and thoughts about eating issues
Well, I’m just going to do a quick post w/o any pics this time. It’s getting late and I’m trying to get more sleep!!! This morning I was reflecting on the past week and I felt very good about it. Well, I’m still goin’ strong!! I’ve exercised every day this week (although today’s workout was pretty lame) and I’ve been eating really well. I feel great! My Staple Breakfast, Veggie/Egg Scramble
I went to a Boot Camp class tonight with my sister up in Bountiful. It was so much fun and I’m so glad I got to go since I missed my fav Boot Camp class yesterday. 🙁 I think I worked killed every muscle in my body. I’m a little nervous since I’m planning to go to my other favorite Muscle Works class tomorrow morning. Eeeeee. We’ll see how it goes.
