Well, I’ve been lovin’ this whole “healthy challenge” thing. Yay. It’s really helped me to get back on track. The only thing I really have to do to stick with my healthy challenge is not eat treats and get 7 hours+ of sleep a night. So far, so good. Happy Easter everyone! I hope you’ve all had a wonderful day! I also hope you’ve enjoyed some very yummy Easter treats! I think Easter candy is the best candy all year round. Love it! I’m enjoying the end of our Robin Eggs right now…. They are making my tummy feel blah, but they taste very good goin’ down! LOL! Lessons Learned While Being a Sick Lady!
Ummmmm, ya. If you read the title of this post and several of my most recent posts, you will see that my life has um, well, uhhh sucked a little bit lately. “Sucked” is a word I ask my children not to use, but I use it fully and proudly right now. A Fun Health Challenge + Crazy Life!
Well my life has been insanely insane….and it’s getting very OLD! Seriously. I’m just barely keepin’ my head above water. I’ve still been trying to eat well and exercise, but I haven’t been as stalwart as I should. I’ve been doing better on the weekdays and then I kind of fall apart on the weekends. Coconut Chia Protein Balls!
Hey y’all! I have a ton going on this weekend, but thought I would share a very yummy recipe! I really love Protein Balls! They are yummy, healthy and a perfect little snack. Same Old, Same Old Healthy Stuff!
Well, I’ve been eating really well since we came home from our vacation. Yay. I can’t tell you how much better healthy food makes me feel! I’m always amazed. When I eat junk food for a few days+, I can noticeably tell a difference. I feel sluggish and tired AND I look fatter! I really do. My body seems to bloat up when I eat too much sugar. Sad, but true.
