My New Year’s Plan!

Well, I told you all I was cookin’ up a “plan” for the New Year! Yay! I finally put it all together.  I’m basing it loosely off of Tosca Reno’s Eat-Clean Diet Stripped Plan. Love this book, BTW. I love all her books, however I really love this one.  It’s geared toward those who are trying to lose the last 10 pounds, but it’s obviously helpful for anyone. Salad; a Healthy Diet Staple

I thought I would write a post about SALAD, ‘cuz I love it! YUM! It’s such a healthy diet powerhouse!  It’s super healthy, low in calories, versatile, goes with anything, and is a great way to eat tons of veggies! However, I don’t know about you, but when I make salads at home, they only last a day or two before they turn grody and wilted. Hey all, I’ve decided I’m going to make an effort to post smaller posts more often. Yay! That way, I don’t take 700 hours writing and you don’t spend 8 years reading! Sounds good??! Get ‘er Done

K, so….I’ve been thinkin’ a lot lately. First off, I want to share my “new plan” with you.  I love setting new goals and making “plans”….it keeps me motivated. 😉 I was inspired by the Fit2Fat2Fit guy.  I really like his simple approach to eating a healthy diet.
