Ingredients
Method
- In a medium pot on the stove, mix together chicken broth, soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add frozen peas and/or carrots (as many as you would prefer!)
- In small bowl, mix cornstarch and water.
- In another bowl, beat four eggs well.
- Add the cornstarch mixture to the soup.
- Add the eggs to the soup and stir in gently.
- Add the salt and pepper and enjoy! So good!
