Sorry for the little blogging hiatus. Yesterday I had a crazy, CrAzY day!!! I went from one thing, to the next, to the next, to the next until I finally fell into a heap on my bed and went to sleep. Resistance Training is your Friend
As I was leaving the gym the other day, I was thinkin’….. I felt just a little bit leaner, stronger and healthier….and I was very happy about it. Happy Friday everyone! I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Fridays!!! Except they make me want to eat yummy, bad food to celebrate! Dang. We had a fun Valentine’s date night. We got some yummy Greek food from Apollo Burger. Quick side note, I don’t know if it’s just a Utah thing or not, but why do all the “fancier” hamburger joints sell Greek food too???? Weird. Sorry for the Whiplash!
First off, I’m still goin’ strong on my low carb diet and I have no plans to quit! Yay! However, I have some thoughts I want to share………….. Happy Monday and Low Carb Fare
I hope you are all having a wonderful Monday! I may be a little weird, but I really love Mondays! I think Sunday nights are depressing, but Mondays are motivating!
