I went on a run this morning and it was the perfect way to start out my Friday! My 14 year old doesn’t go to school until 9:50 on Fridays, so it’s a great time for me to run. Day 4, 3 pounds down. Wahoo.
Well, so far I really like this little diet thingy I’m doing. The food is yummy, I haven’t been too terribly hungry and I’m seein’ some results! Wahoo. However, I am getting sick of eating the same ‘ol thing every day. So, I’ve been changing up some of the food choices just a little bit. I’m still keeping it within the 950 calories range though. Eat to Live + Getting Back on Track
Well, we were in Oregon visiting Kev’s family for Christmas. We had a ton of fun, but now I’m having even more fun doing MOUNTAINS of laundry and trying to catch up on life. 😉 Sigh. First off, I have to share a very cute picture… Oh my WORD, I could eat them both up! I love my sweet, squishy baby and my adorable, fluffy puppy dog! Sadly, my poor baby is still a little sick! I told y’all about the nasty flu bug that hit our family last week. Well that flu bug was a BEAR! Every single one of us got sick. It was terrible. AND, my little 2 year old got it the worst. A Quick Update
I don’t have a ton of time, but I wanted to hop on here and do a quick post. 😉 I’m teaching a “Healthy Habits” class tomorrow at an activity for our church. It should be fun! I’ve been busy this week preparing for it, so I haven’t had much time to blog. So sorry. I’m still going strong with the “healthy cleanse” and I love it! It really hasn’t been too hard.
